Valentine's Parent's Night Out 
 

Friday, February 10th

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

 

Do you want to celebrate Valentine's Day a little early or just need an evening out without the kids?!  Bring them to our next Parent's Night Out! The kids will enjoy making Valentine's for friends and family members while you are out enjoying yourself!

 

$3.00 an hour per child for members

$5.00 an hour per child for guests

 

Snacks, craft supplies, and activities are included.

Sign up for this event on the Kidz Activities board outside of Child Care.

Total Boxing Conditioning 
 

Join Tee-Jay for a full body workout to build strength and speed, lose weight, and define muscle.  With Total Boxing Conditioning you will improve your coordination, balance, agility, and mental focus while learning the art of self defense.  

 

Class Times:

Mon 7:30 am - 8:30 am & 10:00 am-11:00 am

Wed 7:30 am - 8:30 am & 10:00 am-11:00 am

Tues 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturday 11:00 am-Noon

 

$5 per class; purchase a $25 punchcard for 5 classes and get 1 FREE; or purchase a $50 punchcard for 10 classes and get 2 FREE. Purchase punchcards and tickets at the front desk. You must have a punchcard or ticket to enter the class.

90 Day Transformation

 

Workout with a trainer 3 times a week for 90 days and transform into the leaner, stronger, fitter new you!


The participant with the most improvement on his/her fitness assessment will win 10 FREE hour long training sessions including personal training, tennis, or swimming; feel free to mix and match the sessions. All participants will receive a program t-shirt too!

 

Two payments of $375; or $750 total for the 90 day program

Aquatics
Swim Lessons 
 

Summer will be here before you know it! Get your child (or yourself) ready for summer with private swim lessons.  Private lessons are sold as 6 half hour lessons, and the instructor will work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.  Sign up at the front desk, and we will contact you to get you set up. 

 

Group Lessons will be starting back up again in early spring.

 

Lap Lanes

 

Please check the lane charts posted at the pool and online; we will have special events that may change the lap lane usage for a day. Please share a lane with another swimmer during busy times.

 

MAC Swim Clinics

 

Swim clinics coached by Rob Britt are starting back up in March. These clinics are geared towards getting swimmers ready for the summer league. Clinics will be offered in the afternoons and eveninings during the week; please check the website for dates and times.

 

Red Cross Lifeguarding Course

 

February 3rd, 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

February 4th, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

February 5th, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

 

The course is $199 for members and $250 for non-members.

February Fitness Marathon

This event will honor the Tromba Family with a day full of fitness and love. Classes in yoga, spin, Zumba, aquatics, as well as Les Mills programs will be offered to members and guests. Classes will be from 45 - 50 minutes long, and we encourage you to try out as many as you want! Check the website for class times and capacities (classes with limited capacity will be filled on a first come, first serve basis). Donations will be accepted.  We look forward to seeing you and "sharing the love!"
